At Näak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fuel; if our products don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items and gear. Please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened nutrition products unless there is a quality issue.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and purchased within the last 30 days from our official online store.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in a shipping box and attach the provided label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
